Founded January 13, 2012 on the basis of creating a league for skaters by skaters, I created the Cherry Bomb Brawlers to create an environment that I wished I had when I was in junior roller derby. Since our beginning we have strived to promote athleticism, teamwork, sportsmanship, and acceptance in all who have come to us.
During our first practice we had ten skaters. Today we number about thirty skaters between three teams: the Bombers, the Firecrackers, and the Sparklers, our ten and under team.
We live by our motto: We Are One. When you are part of this team you are part of the whole, a player and teammate first.
